This is what you need

2 carrots
2 oranges
Juice from 1 lemon
Approximately 10 cm of ginger
A little turmeric

Procedure

If you're using a juicer, you can juice all the ingredients together, including the lemon without the peel. Then, add 5-7 tbsp of Collagen Gold and stir well until all the clumps are dissolved. Pour into small glasses or store in a large pitcher for serving a small glass in the morning. You can also choose to add the collagen powder just before serving.

If you're using a blender:
Cut all the ingredients into smaller pieces. Peel the orange. If you have organic ginger and turmeric, you don't need to peel them, but otherwise, wash and peel them thoroughly. Place all the ingredients in the blender and squeeze the lemon juice over them. Blend all the ingredients together with 5-7 tbsp of Collagen Gold until you have a smooth juice. Pour into small glasses or store in a large pitcher for serving a small glass in the morning. You can also choose to add the collagen powder just before serving.
