Therefore, we make every effort to give you a good buying experience no matter if you make a single purchase or choose to get a subscription. We offer free shipping to everyone when buying over DKK 500 and you order before noon. 10, we strive to send the order on the same day. Our customer service is ready by phone and mail all the way from start to finish.
You can expect to receive your order in the course of 1-2 business days after dispatch for shipments in Denmark. Abroad, delivery may vary from country to country.
You will receive an email/sms when the package is on the way.
At present, we deliver to Denmark, the Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Italy and France.
PAYMENT
Vildnord.dk receives payment with VISA-Dankort, Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard/Maestro, JCB, Diners/Discover, VPAY and MobilePay. The payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped. All amounts are in Danish kroner and incl. VAT. Reservations are made for price errors and sold out/discontinued goods.
Our subscription
We'll give you quite right. Our beautiful Marine Collagen is not to be without! Therefore we would like to reward you who have thrown your love over Vild Nord. We will send you directly to you so that you never run out; The postage is at our bill. All you have to think about is taking your daily dose of collagen. When you sign up for a subscription, you will immediately receive your first order and the following at 30 days intervals.
Flexibility at subscription
You can easily pause your subscription or change the sequence of your deliveries when the subscription runs. You can also change products so that you get both delicious collagen for the skin and a varied supplement to your diet just as you see fit. If you add extra products, you will get the same discount that you have already earned. All you can control under your profile, where you can also stop your subscription with a single click.
Delivery frequency
By default, we deliver your products to you every 30 days. If it suits you better with deliveries 14 or 45 day intervals, with just a few clicks you can get your deliveries exactly as you want it. Log in your profile after your purchase and set it all up exactly as you wish.
Subscription terms
Payment for the subscription is made in advance each month. The subscription will be renewed on the same day next month that the subscription has been made.
The user must perform the payment for the subscription via those ofVild Nord offered payment funds on the website. The user undertakes to sign the necessary documents and, at each payment date, to have sufficient funds for payment available via the selected means of payment.
Subscription Adaptation
Vild Nord reserves the right to change the fee and other conditions for the service. The change must be notified to you no later than thirty (30) days before the change comes into force. In the event of such changes, you are entitled to terminate the subscription with effect from the day the change comes into force. If you do not terminate the subscription before the change comes into force, it must be considered acceptance of the change. Changes that are obvious to you are immediately applied without the right of termination to you.
UNSUBSCRIBE
Cancellation of the subscription can happen when it suits you as long as we have not already shipped and withdrawn money for your order. To terminate your appointment, you must log in to your profile Or contact us via info@vildnord.com. To cancel your subscription by mail, we need an order number or email you have used to create your subscription.
Receipt of receipt as well as order confirmation
Once you have ordered a product on vildnord.dk, you will receive a receipt per. mail for our receipt of your order. However, a binding purchase agreement has only been concluded once you have received an order confirmation from us.
Cancellation right
Unfortunately, for food and health food products, the usual 14 day full return right does not apply. The reason is that the necessary food control is lost when we send an item out of our warehouse. When the item is at Vild Nord's warehouse, we are required to check in relation to storage, cleaning, temperature, packing and handling. The restriction in the right of return is made to maintain high quality and ensure food security.
Complaints
All purchases at vildnord.dk are covered by the Purchase Act incl. 2 years of warranty under current purchase law. This means that you can either get a defective item exchanged, the money back or reject in the price. Of course, it is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of erroneous use of the product or other injurious behavior. Contact us as soon as possible and within two months of discovering the error.

GENERAL TERMS
To shop at vildnord.dk you must be 18 years of age and have a valid payment card that we accept. However, if you are not yet 18 years of age, you can still buy goods, but you have obtained the acceptance of your parents or guardians or otherwise has a legal right to enter into the purchase.
